• Standard Shipping: Your order should typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
• Express Shipping: If you opt for express shipping, you can expect your order within 2-4 business days.

Returns Policy: Please note that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. We'll ensure to address the matter promptly and provide you with a satisfactory resolution.

Can I Change or Cancel my Order once it is placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order please ket us know ASAP after the order is placed and we will try our best to do so before the order is Shipped. Please note that once your tracking number is received it is not possible to change your address. 

Refunds: Please note that we do not provide refunds or accept returns due to a change of mind. This includes satisfaction guarantee since everyone's skin is different so results may differ.
