Apply fresh friday’s firming body oil onto clean skin, on the areas you want to target such as your thighs, butt or stomach. Place the cup on the oiled area and push down on the logo on the top to create a vacuum.

Move in upwards circular and upward sweeping motions, motions releasing at the top. Repeat for 2-3 minutes per area. Use once daily for the first 3 weeks, then maintain by using every few days.

Skin redness may occur but will return to normal shortly after.

Reduce suction if pain occurs.
